Your data is used to verify your business, provide access to the catalogue, fulfil orders, provide support and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Access controls
Customer records, carts and orders are readable only by your own account and authorised Hello Profiles administrators. Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security.
Data retention
Account and order records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
Sub-processors
We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account. Contact our team and we will respond within 30 days.
