1. Eligibility and access
Hello Profiles is a private business platform. Accounts are granted at our discretion after verification and may be suspended if the information you provided is inaccurate or your usage breaches these terms.
2. Inventory and availability
Inventory is listed with a verification grade, connection count and price. Availability changes in real time; a profile is only secured once an order has been placed and the item is marked reserved.
3. Orders and pricing
The price shown at checkout is the price payable. Orders are confirmed with an order number and progress through pending, processing and completed states. Cancelled orders release their items back to inventory.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the platform and email address you specify at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and to secure the credentials you receive.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or any purpose that violates the terms of third-party services. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. Support and replacements
Issues must be reported promptly through our support channels. Where an item is materially different from its listing we will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
7. Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
